Journal Template
This is a Helm journal entry template. It combines several positive features of journaling and encourages you to spend time on your most relevant topics.
Write full sentences and answer the prompt questions as if you are talking out loud. Repeat this template every day for best results. This exercise will count as your challenge.
Prompt One:
What is today’s date? Where are you, and what have you done today? Did anything important happen? If so, record more about it.
Prompt Two:
How are you feeling? Why do you think that is? If you don’t know, make two guesses. Don’t ignore your instincts or dismiss the first thing that comes to mind, even if it is uncomfortable.
Prompt Three:
What are you thinking about? Write at least three sentences about a current problem, a new idea, or what you are currently grateful for.
Prompt Four:
What action steps can you take now? Where are you going next and what will you be doing before your next journal entry?
