Terms of Service

GDPR Addition

We are doing everything we can to respect your privacy, be transparent with our data collection, and communicate with you effectively. Here is a simple outline of what we collect, why, and how you control it.

Your Right to Knowledge

The primary thing we use to keep in contact with you is your email address. This is only given to us if you choose to do so through a form on Site. Companies like Google Analytics and Facebook use “cookies” to track online user behavior. We use these services to make Site a better place for you. When making a purchase through our armory, we have to collect certain shipping and billing information. We may use a variety of other services to host and manage your data. All services are vetted by us, secure, and follow GDPR regulations.

Your Right to Be Forgotten

At any time, you can personally contact us and we can deliver or delete your data upon request. No matter what the law says, we believe your data is your personal right and you deserve privacy and control. You can also delete your account manually in the settings page, and unsubscribe to our emails through your inbox.

Your Right to Affirmative Consent

In a nutshell, we WANT you to engage and participate with us at Site. We strive to never connect with you in ways that are intrusive or undesired. Anywhere we collect your personal data, it should be readily apparent what the use is for and how you can agree to that. For instance, the forms we use to send you Site Content specify you will also receive related Site emails, and that you can disengage at any time. When choosing to purchase a product or sign up for a download, we consider this affirmative consent to store data and send information only related to ways that can make your Site experience, and life, better.
